The final verdict on this
Significant cleanliness issues plagued my stay, with dirty towels and cobwebs highlighting the lack of upkeep. I faced inconsistent hot water and poorly trained staff . Those seeking quality may want to reconsider their options despite the convenient location.

The excellent water pressure in the shower
The Booked.net website said there were only 2 rooms left. when I arrived, I though the hotel was closed as it looked so 'dead'. There were only 2 other guests! The room had not been prepared for my arrival in that there was no heating on and it was very cold. Luckily, I had to go out to find somewhere for dinner and the room heated whilst I was gone.

Scenic views of Weymouth and Chesil Beach.
The customer service was highly inconsistent. At times, the staff seemed overwhelmed and not attentive. The noise from outside was quite distracting at night. Unfortunately, the breakfast offerings were not up to par, lacking variety and freshness which left a disappointing start to my mornings.

Ideal and fairly clean place, exceptionally nice staff on our request. Good location in Portland, near to the cliff top, and the sea and the entire length of Chisel beach.

Location is pretty good - in walking distance from a pub serving very good food. Internet connection was free and fast. Breakfast was quite decent.
The place is absolutely basic. The walls are thin, you can see everything. It's ok when you're on the road and just need a place to sleep and eat. Do not expect much of this bed and breakfast.

The general state of the hotel was poor with very little amenities - The breakfast was server with sour milk. I would not stay there again

The shower pressure was surprisingly good after a long day. Bring earplugs if you're sensitive to noise at night.
